About Todd

Todd Carnes and his wife Michelle came to College Station to attend Texas A&M University in 1995. Todd chose Texas A&M University to study Engineering. He later became a Realtor in 1997 and began building homes the following year in 1998. Todd and Michelle have also been busy raising four kids in the Bryan/College Station area. Todd and Michelle have continued to grow their construction company; Todd Homes into a design/build company. Todd continues to build homes because he loves the whole construction process, enjoys working with people from design to the finished product. He also enjoys selling homes, His knowledge of home building helps set him apart when you’re looking for the right home to purchase, or an investment property. He has local market knowledge and a commitment to each and every client. Four years ago Todd started a pool business to add to his portfolio; Paradise Oasis Pools. He wanted to make it simple for his customers, so they could deal with one company for their home and their backyard dreams. He always pays attention to detail in each aspect of all of his businesses. Bottom line is that Real Estate is Todd’s passion. He takes great pride in whatever project he is involved in and will ensure you get the best deal for your money each and every time.
